Front garden flowers with low maintainance

We moved to this house recently and front garden is spacious but north facing.Borders decent size on all sides, and lawns were laid in the middle on both sides of path.

I hardly get any time to spend here as it is on very busy main road.want to have plenty of flowers in the front garden with one or to pots at the entrance.there are few roses all pale pink ones and one or two other perenials.

I have few flower seeds collection but I wonder what types I should prefer as Ican water/weed very very less.

Californian poppies do really well for me as do snapdragons and they come back every year with very little attention from me. Not sure about north-facing but they are pretty.

Hardy fuchsias do well in a north facing garden though they start into growth in spring a little later than those in a sunny spot, and will flower from the start of summer right up until the frosts. They need little care apart from a good mulch every year or so, and cut last year's branches down in winter/early spring. New growth will shoot from the base.

Foxgloves will be happy, pulmonaria, hardy cranesbill geraniums especially the pink one, anemones, both the little woodland windflower, and the big blousy Japanese anemone, astrantia, and snowdrops and aconites for the winter months.

Unless the garden gets some sun in summer, perennials will do better than annuals, which need sunshine to help them grow fast - they have to complete their whole life cycle, seed to seed again, in about 6 months.
