Hello valmarg,
I think alot of gardeners do ignore the directives from EU concerning ***** Fluid and Armarilltox but the anyone 'new' to gardening probally takes notice of them--or they dont really know whether they can purchase these or not. I believe you can clean patios and paths/driveways with these (but not use them in the garden--)--so if I am caught with the stuff then thats 'what I am doing!!. Silly isn't it? --Kathie
