wonderful wallflowers

A simple question for you guys, my wallflowers are a wonderful colour this year but the leaves are going brown and dry .

I wonder if they are probably frosted ?- the recent new growth will be susceptible.

Yes we have had a lot of frost on the suffolk coast and wind

Ah well...it may well be that then. It'll take time for new growth to reappear.
