I'm new to cyclamen, having just bought a few flowers in small pots. I want to break them up to get a few more clumps. Can I do it now, when I plant them out, or should I wait for them to self seed next year?

Cyclamen grows from a corm. I have never heard of them being split.
Hope someone else may be able to advise you better.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I've dug clumps up and replanted further apart but I don't think you can split in the conventional sense.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
