Are these supposed to be winter flowering?

It's supposed to be an early spring flower, but with the mild weather we've had so far, it probably thinks it's spring already. My pulmonaria has just started flowering too, it usually starts the end of Feb.

It's quite scary - a climbing rose and a bee that bombed past my ear.
