Seed sowing and flowering calendar

Hi, I'm going to attempt some serious flower growing this year, having never done much more than grow sunflowers. I wondered if anyone knew of a seed sowing and flowering calendar guide, like those you can find for veggies that help you plan your sowing and rotation etc?

There's a list here of when to sow seeds month by month, but there's no cultivation or flowering time information.

There are so many flowers to choose from, and different types, from half-hardy annuals to hardy perennials, to GH flowers and house plants, it's probably better to decide what conditions you have in the garden, and pick the ones you think you'd like to grow, that will do well in your conditions. Then follow the instructions on the packet.
