Think this is a Hebe but not sure

Can anyone identify this plant, I think it is a Hebe. My friend has a rabbit which is eating it and wonders if it is harmful??

Whilst you are sorting out the piccie, I've been having a bit of a gooogle( as ya do )....

And if it is hebe , then I can't find anywhere which says it's toxic to bunnies.
I'm not saying it's 100% safe mind....just that nothing jumps out on the first 3 pages of goooogling warning that it could be a hazard to them

Are Hebe plants poisoness to animals particularly rabbits??

We've been waiting for a photo to identify the plant but it sounds like you know its a hebe now, KG!
