I planted them just before the weather went bad (2 weeks ago) and think the frost had a go unless I didnt do something right. I have lost a couple. The rest look sad. Its been great weather here over the last couple of days plus good rain. what have I done wrong? They came as plug plants. Just look sad.

two or three pairs of leaves.
'Sad' doesn't give many clues.
It could be slug damage. Did they disappear overnight or gradually get weaker?
Have you watered them during the dry spell?
Did you harden them off before planting them out?

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Blimey Boatsman have you entered another dimension? Your self sown sweet peas done???
No one on our lotties SP bigger than a foot tall. Mine ok but I'm in Sussex. I used some garden centre manure and compost. on Monty Dons advice! Also have nipped tops out so they are quite bushy. Give them a little Epsom salts.it seems to kick start weary plants. (Maybe check ok first) my roses love it.
