Help needed please

Hi, not sure what flower this is as planted it last year and the tag has blew away. Yesterday it was really healthy today however ive noticed holes in the leaves and little brown patches any ideas????

Can't identify your plant from your photos. How tall is it? Does it flower. The damage however looks typical slug or snail damage.

Hi its currently approx 2-3 high with what looks like four flowers growing. i only got planted last year and never really grew but has took off this year ..see if this pic helps its the one on the right

Is it a hollyhock ? i have a hollyhock plant label close to it but thought that was plant next to it but not so sure now lol

My plant labels for the bean bed are pulled out every single day either by blackbirds or crows/ rooks!
I've almost no idea where different varieties are
I think I should draw a plan of what's planted where.

We've some brill flower/ plant ID grapes...won't be long til you know for sure

It is a wildflower which is known mainly for the seed heads which small birds love. Buy teasel Dipsacus fullonum: Delivery by Crocus

I thought teasel too but couldn't see any spines on the leaves.
Do the leaves feel rough and is there a little reservoir of water where the leaf joins the main stem?

It looks like a nice healthy plant, whatever it is. It should put on a decent show when it flowers, I expect that will give us all a better chance of identifying it.

At the moment, I've no idea I'm afraid.
