Came back from holidays to see my wallflowers in blossom. I left them in the ground since last year. Is this a bit early for them to be flowering?

They aren't supposed to flower until April!
But I've had the same thing in previous years, when the autumn is mild they sometimes put a few flowers out before Christmas.
I wouldn't worry, they will still put on a good show at the proper time. -
