I knew it was something like Tiger but had to goggle for 3 petalled lilies to find its real name.
(Shouldn't have told you that as you think I know every plant in the world)

Yes, that's exactly it! Thanks VC and Scarlet. I've no idea how it got there, but quite excited that an exotic mexican flower can suddenly appear on a wind-blown allotment in Northern Ireland.
