      • An early flowering Primrose, don’t know where it came from, I don’t remember planting it now they are seeding everywhere in a variety of colors.

            • A hydrangea. They're at all stages on the bush, some in bud, some like this one in flower and others have taken on their autumn tints.

              • It's unbelievable the difference there is in gardens, while VC is taking photos of her hydrangea still in flower the ones in my garden are all in winter mode, with all the leaves off, but must say VC it really looks nice

                        don't know what this is, bit like a penstemon. Bought it from a open garden visit. Need to look for it tomorrow as a bit overgrown and needs rescuing.

                            Does look like that on the rhs site. It is very overgrown and may not survive where it is - a solitary flower at the top of a thin stem.
