What are they? I've seen them described as dahlia's....

They're half hardy annual bedding plants - not sure where the dahlia bit comes into it as I know nought about dahlias - mebbe they look like some of the showier dahlias - maybe Nick or someone else who is into dahlias can help furtherRat
