Tabbouleh! Make tabbouleh! It's the bestest salad ever! I love to eat it on its own too - no need to add chicken or ham or anything.

The BBC good food recipe is really good, but there's literally thousands of versions.

It's supposed to be very lemoney, minty couscous with fresh veg. I often add mint sauce along with the fresh mint, so you can use both! Yum yum!

Try this VC. It doesn't use a lot of mint but you'll be able too make it this year

Of course you can grow it. You just need tonnes and tonnes of manure and someone else to keep shovelling it for 2 years.

Like already mentioned, chopped in a salad.

I use mine to make mint green tea. Sadly, my applemint seedlings died more are being sown.

When eating strawberries whether with ice cream or yoghurt, top it off with mint.
                     finely chapped in salads.

If you have an ant problem, i.e, coming into your house, pick the mint, put into a pan of cold water. Then bring to the boil, then put on a slow simmer, until you can smell the mint. Then leave the minty water to cool, decant into 'spray bottles' to spray onto your work surfaces, then wipe. You can also use the water to use as a floor wash.

Like VC I have rather a lot of mint and no idea what to do with it
I'm about to google some of the ideas that have already been mentioned.
Surely there must be some chilli/mint recipes!
