Just be careful with herbal remedies, be aware with contraindications with OTC/prescription drugs you may be taking and also the side effects of the herbs.
Always let your GP know that you are using a particular herbal remedy (hate that word, it's medicine, not remedy). If in doubt consult a herbalist.
