i just love the earthy taste of sage! Ravioli with a sage butter is divine. And tarragon is so versatile - great with fish and chicken!
To be honest there are so many that i love, it just depends on what I'm cooking. I'm going to grow stuff I've never tried before so have got a copy of Jekka's Herbs and am frantically reading through. Hyssop is on the list, just because it sounds weird! Has anyone got any recommendations?
