My favourite herb!

Mine would be Chervil, Parsley, Chives and Tarragon, simply because they help make up my favorite dish - Omelette Tourangelle Yum,Yum

I might have said this before (old age!) but lavender is fantastic with roast lamb.

So hard to pick a favourite - basil, thyme sage; I love them all.

And rosemary - what a beautiful herb - I love it so much I named one of my daughters after it.

rosemary,. grows whatever you do to it, and taste bloomin brilliant with lamb, roasted veg anything really

This sounds like a great dish, Omelette Tourangelle, but mine has to be our sage for home made stuffing. I will make a note of your combo though.

i just love the earthy taste of sage! Ravioli with a sage butter is divine. And tarragon is so versatile - great with fish and chicken!

To be honest there are so many that i love, it just depends on what I'm cooking. I'm going to grow stuff I've never tried before so have got a copy of Jekka's Herbs and am frantically reading through. Hyssop is on the list, just because it sounds weird! Has anyone got any recommendations?
