We have a small Bay in a pot which is lovely and productive, and I use it for cooking four or five times a week.
I've noticed the flavour in the last week has suddenly become really pronounced and I'm using one instead of two leaves for example. I'm not complaining - the flavour's fabulous, but has anyone else noticed this or is it my imagination?
