A new raised Herb Plot

Nearly finished a new raised herb bed its just missing its contents

looks good . What herbs are you going to be growing in there.

I just build things its all up to my loving wife what she wishes to grow, no doubt it will taste delicious I will try and keep up and let you know

That looks a very convenient height for picking fresh herbs. I'm sure your wife will be very pleased with it.

I did not think this through, what do I fill it with , its going to explode with claggy earth I have already dumped the old toilet seat and ceramic hand basin and stand let alone massive amounts of old tiles in it Next idea is the old roofing tiles and brick work from a bathroom project not that I will be around the next purchaser in the future may have a expensive dumper on their hands when it falls apart

Large pieces of polystyrene packaging would work. Another option would be 2 litre pop bottles filled with water or water-filled plastic milk bottles.
