We have the curly leaved mint which is just bog-standard mint flavoured/scented, but it seems to be far stronger than the plain-leaved variety. I'd love to find some eau de cologne mint though.

I find they sell the eau de cologne mint in nurseries and less popular garden centers.

Ginger mint is fun
I got a "mint selection" from a bloke off ebay - about 8 varieties bare-root.
They all survived fine!---
