Which Herbs are good Bed-Buddies?

Not herbs together, but summer savoury is good with beans - planting and cooking.

You can grow mint anywhere but put it in a bottomless pot so that it can't take over the whole world!

i have basil in with my tomatoes in a big container

mint goes into a small plastic pot with the bottom cut of and with approx 1/2 inch of container showing above the soil level to stop it throttling everything else...

and pretty much everything else goes in as and where...
