  • Mint under attack

    Mint experts needed!
I have some morrocan and some garden mint neglected in pots from last year. I gave them a good trim and spruce up a couple of weeks ago hoping to resurrect them... problem is they appear to be both covered in tiny bright green aphids and quite a lot of cacooned little green catipillars (about 1cm) Any hints on how to get them into healthier shape, or should I live and let live and trust to the hardiness of mint to see it through?

(I can't remember how to post a pic!? I will look for a tutorial somewhere.) I have snipped off the leaves with caterpillars snuggled up in them, and now just need to combat the aphids...

Being a bit squeamish about squishing, I usually spray them off with water... not so much dead as mildly inconvenienced
