Ooohh i like the sound of that G&T

I've got lots of ideas of what to do with it now, and i'll also be planting the Lemon Balm on it's own.

I'm getting excited now can't wait to get started- hope that doesn't sound to sad lol

I find my borage and lemon balm self seed like mad rather than invading like mint does, so it's easy enough to get rid of seedlings.

I second the borage flowers in ice cubes- if you have the time, half fill the trays with water (ie half way up, rather than half the compartments) and place a flower- detach from green bit at back-in each cube and freeze. When solid, top up with water and freeze again. It stops the flower or leaf floating to the top of the ice cube! Also, using previously boiled water gives you clear rather than cloudy ice cubes.

Of course you may feel just adding flowers and leaves to ice cubes is enough of a faff as it is....
