        He's got summat to show off about though, hasn't he? I had this in my old garden. I think I ought to be looking for it again!

          This is bergamot the herb. You use the leaves to make tea as you would mint. It is a relative of mint (has square stems).

          The Bergamot used in Earl Grey Tea is a citrus fruit and it is the essence of skin of the fruit that is used.
