I like the black seeds in Naan bread which taste of aniseed!
Different schools of thought proclaim them to be Dill,Fennel,Caraway or Cumin seeds?
Anyone have a definitive answer? Also would I be alright adding whatever seeds they are to a white bread mix for the breadmaker?
Lots of questions I know, but you knowledgeable lot will surely point me in the right direction!
