      Give it a go

I have a 3 year old rosemary bush in the garden, i've never taken cuttings from anything before. Apparently rosemary is one of the easiest to propagate (my new word of the week). I chopped various bits and pieces off, some long, some short. Stuck them around the rim of a 6" pot filled with sharp sand and multi purpose compost. Left them for about 6 weeks, none have grown, but none have died. They all smell like rosemary, nice green colour so i suppose all is well. I wont pot them on until the autumn. But it has been too easy i think. Fingers crossed..
