Will herbs last through all of winter ?!

If i plant some now ?! (That are already germinated and alive) will it last thoruhg winter ??! around 9 cm ??! Do you think garden centres and places like HOmebase will sell them at this time of the year ?!

It depends on the variety of herb, RST. Some are hardy and some are not.

haven't sown any but planning on buying some from Homebase

Homebase is quite far from me so I'd like to know before I get driven there ..

Personally, I wouldn't bother. It looks quite flimsy, will take a lot of compost to fill, and it will be difficult to meet individual plant requirements.

how many liters do you think?! would 20 do it ?!
Also can i use supermarket bought herbs (potted and alive) ?! I mean it should be okay !!

To be honest- I'd leave it until next spring- most herbs have flowered and are past their best.
Give yourself time to think what you want to grow and where you'll site them. Think about height and width and which flavours you actually enjoy.
If you really want a herb for outside now- then maybe get a selection of different types of mint. They'll die back over winter but should grow well in th Spring.
They'd be fine overwintering in pots until you make your final plants on your herb bed

I have no idea - it should state the capacity on the packaging. My main point was that it will be quite difficult to care for different types of herb in a planter like this.

It is only 60 cm tall !
