I have 6 seedlings growing in pots should I pinch the top out of each one to encourage it to bush out or leave them as they are. They have reached 3 sets of leaves.
They should bush out naturally once they get bigger and grow extra "branches". Once they are big enough and you are picking this will encourage bushing out naturally.
I'd leave them for now borage.

borage,
definitely leave them well alone. I grew probably a dozen last year, and they really sorted themselves out no problem, and they are handsome plants now.
Lemon Thyme is just gorgeous, but that will be propagated from cuttings.
borage,
sorry for not replying sooner
I tend to think that supermarket herbs are too 'forced' and sappy. You may get results, but I'd be inclined to start from a Garden Centre bought one, they're much more woody and hardy in their growth, and I have a feeling they'd strike better cuttings, personally.
Good luck!
