Chervil.

My chervil is looking lovely and healthy and I used some the other day for a courgette omelette but I really have no idea what else to do with it! Its my first time growing it and it has such a delicate flavour Im not sure how best to use it.
Any ideas??

Chervil has lovely anisee taste, goes well with fish and chicken.
