  • Overwintering Herbs With The Aid of A Polytunnel

I currently have rosemary plants in pots, thyme, chives, parsley (flat leaf and curled) in the poly border soil. My question is, should I take them out of the border soil and pot them or will they continue to stay happy enough as they are? I normally overwinter my herbs (Mediterranean) in my greenhouse (unheated) where they seem happy enough, but considering leaving these in situ.
    Thanks in advance.

I have all those herbs outside and leave them there, and I've not had any issues with them. I'm sure they'll be fine in situ

My herbs live outside all year round too. The parsley may get a bit beaten down if there's bad weather so that's the only one I would put undercover.

Rosemary, Thyme and chives are all hardy. So is parsley, but it is biennial so will go to seed in it's second year.
