All you sinus-sufferers, peppermint tea works, it sure works for me, i plant my own, grows like weeds, invasive, but i put it to use nearly every day, it does wonders. Pick the top few leaves, makes them bush out more, and brew with normal tea in a pot for extra flavour and strength, lovely with honey too. leave the leaves in to get all the goodness out.

A really good way of unblocking the tubes is to put hyssop leaves in a bowl with boiling water and breathe in the steam. I sometimes add mint or thyme but hyssop liquefies mucus something fierce!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

Im definitely adding Hyssop and Spearmint to my herb collection. I am not too keen on steam inhalation, but will give it a go at least once with the hyssop, i think ive been put off by Olbas Oil that chokes me even with one drop it is sooooo strong. But my tea is habit forming, so i might add the hyssop to the same brew. Will it still have an effect?
