Yes.I am growing lemon grass in my unheated greenhouse.
I started the plants off by rooting some healthy looking stems from my local shop.once the roots appeared I potted them up in good compost and kept them well watered. When plenty of green leaves have appeared I cut off any dead ones. They are putting out fresh stems but I won't cut any this year, but will wait until they are well established.Dont know any more yet.I will probably have to pot them on soon.

Mine is in the unheated greenhouse border and doing well. It's about 2 and a half feet high and starting to form more stalks. As above, I won't do anything with it this year other than maybe fleece it over winter.

Mine spends summer on the terrace and then comes into the living room for the winter - molly coddled! Three years old now and very productive.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/
