Does anyone on here eat Purslane?

I've read its super high in anti oxidants and crammed with loads of vitamins and minerals apparently the greeks eat it and it tastes like lemon?

It is nice added to salad, specially a Greek one with Feta cheese

Not exactly lemony - just a tad sharp/acidic, and goes well with anything salty like the Feta, Bresaola or salted ham/sausage.

Ive got some on the roof of next doors, off shoot I think. I might take some off the next time I have a salad. Weird int it some of the things you can eat x

I love it, but OH doesn't - it's got a slightly unexpected texture he doesn't get on with.
