Flowering Rosemary

My Rosemary has started to flower. Should this happen at this time of the year? I thought it was a Summer thing.

Yes, that's normal. Sometimes it flowers twice a year - april/may and then again in September

I've got small Rosemary cuttings in the greenhouse and they're flowering as well

Ours have been flowering on and off all winter. Never the whole plant but just odd branches.

Mine's just starting to flower, too. Perfectly normal time.
