  • Basil blunder

    Hi all,

I'm new to gardening this year, so I am sure I have made many faux pars during the seasons.

But my questions today stems from not being sure which herbs are Hardy enough to winter out.

I have mint & basil, the mint is doing well, but the basil is looking worse for wear. I do have a cutting on my windowsill, so I can take more cuttings to pot back out in spring.

Should I have brought the basil in?

    Thank you

Lesley, Basil is tender so should be taken indoors, mines on a bedroom window sill and doing ok for the time of year.

have a read at the vines growing guide for more info on Basil
