    bit of a long shot, but worth a try. anyone got some lemon chilli seeds? haven't got a single fruit on my one plant that germinated this year, and really would like to try them. would be eternally grateful etc. etc. have some other chillis to swap

    Sorry, Kernowyon, no lemon chillies. Sweet banana, Jalapeno, and a few others, but even those haven't been as good as last year.

        Do you know the 'South Devon Chilli Company' They are based near Kingsbridge , Plymouth way.
        They sell all kinds of seeds and palnts.
        They also do fantastic chilli chocolate and chuteys.
        Might be worth a go, and they are not expensive.

          Try bringing the plant indoors and overwintering it. My cayenne from last year was prolific this year. Just keep it in a good light place out of drafts and water it sparingly. Harden off again in spring and you should get a better crop second year.
