I have some seeds of the above deep red flowered crocosmia (I assume it will come true to seed unless someone knows otherwise . I'f you'd like some let me know - I'm not looking for a swap - just to spread nature's harvest!

The crososmias used to be called montbretia. They have strap-like leaves and vary in height from about 18" to lucifer's 3 ft or more. Flowers go from yellow through the more common orange to lucifer's fiery red. I have it towards the back of a border and it's a stunner. I suspect you'd find it on Google Images.
