  • Mad about chilis!

    Any chili fanatics out there?

I would love to get my hands on some chili seeds I don't have. I'll look in my seed box later and come up with some seeds I can swap with you.....

I have just bought some Pretty In Purple (Rainbow Chille Pepper) and Iranian Round Chilli Pepper from the Real Seed Catalogue. I am sure I will not be planting all of these so am happy to offer a few seeds of each if any use.

You probably have this already, it's T&M's Hot Pepper Fuego F1, says it's Italian seed. Sorry haven't grown it yet so don't know how hot it is. Good luck with the search.

Chillis seeds i've got to swap

Cayenne - superb dryer for powder
Lemon Drop - super hot and lemon flavour
Thai Red - hot great fresh or for preserving.
Satans Kiss (not 100% sure if these are open pollinated as i bought them from a seed merchant in Italy and did not understand what she was saying but it was something to do with its F1 status)

For pictures of the chillis and a description i just posted a page on my site re choosing chilli varieties which lists these 4 as some of my favourites.

We have a Great Chilli farm a few miles away. Its called the 'South Devon Chilli Farm'
They sell seeds at very good prices. They also make sauces, Chutney (highly recomended) and chocolates. They've a good web site so you can buy on line.
Sorry this isn't a swap - but you might be intrested in a little look!
