  • Free Seeds from Amateur Gardening Mag

Hi All - just been clearing out a load of old magazines for recycling and have the following packets of seeds (the ones you get off the front of the mag). Am not looking for anything in particular, but if you have a couple of seeds for medium sized squash (I'm already attempting butternut), that would be great. Otherwise just happy to forward on the seeds.

    Amaranthus (Ribbons and Beads)
    Campanula (Carpatica Blue)
Morning Glory (Grandpa Otts) x 2

    Thanks, Dee

Additional seeds added (from my mum's Amateur Gardening mags)

    Aster (Ostrich Feathers)
    Campanula (Carpatica Blue)
    Delphinium (Pacific Giants Mixed)
    Foxglove (Alba)
    Salpiglossis (Bolero)
    Sweet William (Duplex Mixed)
    Verbena (Compact Mixed) x 1

The only squash seeds I have are for pumpkins which you are welcome to a few of if you like.

If this is ok I would love the Cornflower, Antirrhinum and the Forget-Me-Nots tho.

Would like the Salpiglossis if still available? Only trying butternut myself this year, anything else you're looking for?

Hi Kentvegplot....Salpiglossis is yours - PM me your address. I've got a few different varieties of squash seeds from some other Grapes so think I'm okay for now Not looking for anything else at the moment, thanks though. I did butternut last year, not successful in the slightest, but weather was hideous...I'm sowing 3 plants this year so hopefully more successful.
