  • Swap green for red cabbage

Looking to swap some green (Durham Early) cabbage for any sort of red cabbage that can be planted now and harvested in the spring. I only need about a dozen seeds.

I'm interested in anything else that can be started now for a spring harvest, and will be happy in sheltered part-shaded pots.

You won't be able to sow now for harvesting in spring. I'm growing Rodima - a brilliant, beautiful red cabbage. I sowed it in May (for cropping Dec-March)

          nope, don't think so.
the days are only getting colder & shorter. Cabbage needs quite a long period in the ground.
