No i havent had a parcel yet...but i'm off to cyprus on sunday for a week off to find some proper sun... so if you want to pass it to someone else this time then i can have it when i get back if thats ok

I've kind of lost track of whos who in the pecking order, but I got my parcel the other day. There were so many fab things in it I was spoilt for choice, but I picked out a couple of bits, and put in loads more than I took, so hopefully this will carry on. I emailed someone to see if they'd had the parcel yet, if they have then I'll contact someone else on here to see if they want it, if not I'll pop it in the post on monday. I think its a fab idea

Surely that's the best way to do it.You don't want to be too governmental too many rules etc.scroll down the list,mail to find out who has received,find the next on the list and then post.will be a bit hit and miss but we are counting on everyones honesty,etc.

The parcel I received had a mix of both unopened and opened packets as well as some in homemade mini packets - just make sure they're properly sealed.

Those who make their own seed packets (and thank you, I've found a couple of great templates on here) how do you stick them down? I'm having a devil of a time - pritt seems to get everywhere but cellotape isnt going to be secure enough?!

I have lots of seeds sorted and ready to add when my turn comes around, just need to make some pretty packets for them!

these things are lots of fun, I have done them before with a recipe swap.
we found the best way was for a mod to edit the first post with the list of names, adding those who request to join, and marking who had already recieved.
that way anyone new can see who is next, who had it last, etc etc.

we just used to pm the mod in charge ( or the person with the first post who had edit priviledge) when we had recieved and passed on, worked really well.

might be fun to organise a 'secret seed santa' in december too.
