Hellebore seeds need to be fresh

        Hi

My past experience of sowing hellebores successfully is that the seed
needs to be incoveniently fresh as poss for successful germination.
I bow though to others experience. The best time to sow is about
the end of May when the seed has fully ripened.
I love hellebores and have quite a selection. I have grown them for
        years.

I can save some seeds this year if anyone is interested in trying to grow
        this gorgeous indispensible spring flower.
