            Just got back.

They not only had them in stock, the girl hadn't even got them out yet so I got first pick! I thought things like this normally went in the first 30 minutes!

There were only about 30 plants in total so doubt they will last too long, but I picked up a grape, red gooseberry, blueberry, tayberry and cranberry. Just need to research what conditions they want and then plant them in.

Many thanks for the tip-off Twinsane.

It's never fair FF! We don't have a Wilkinson's anywhere near us either, do we? All those good offers in the magazine might as well not be there unless you live near a town of some size.

                You're welcome.

I managed to get blueberry, gojiberry and tayberry - I'm growing all of the rest except the pomegranate which I think grows into a large shrub/smalltree?

There was quite a lot of plants when I left so our local shop must have been expecting a lot of interest. There are gooseberry's (red and green) which it didnt say on the advert and the grapes are both red and green varieties. The tayberry's aren't thornless but for that price I'll wear gloves!

thank you for the link, we went yesterday morning and got 2 blueberries, 2 cranberries, a fig, a tayberry, a gojiberry, red gooseberry and 2 green grapevines

I've got to look up planting conditions too before I find their final home

                    Does anyone know the varieties?

If life hands you cranberries: make cranberry sauce!

                        Or something........

I bought two cranberries and the last pomegranate. Gift horse - mouth - don't look. Contemplated driving to the Aldi other side of Reading but know it will just be disappointment!

I went last night. Got a Grape, Goji, Red Gooseberry, Tayberry and 5 Cranberries.

The Cranberries are for my Blueberry pots and will hopefully end up as smoothies.

                              All nice healthy plants.
