Dahlias

Hi does anyone have any Dahlia seeds for SAE. As I walk around in my area I see some fantastic shapes sizes and colours of these flowers at this time of year. My garden is looking a bit dead so I woud like to give them a try.Thanks

Hi Stella

I grew the TM dahlia "dark desire" from seed this year. Well, I think that is what it was called. Not huge plants but the simple flowers were in varying shades of very dark red (nearly black) and were a good size. They are still flowering in the front and I am in the process of collecting seed so I can save some for you. I have successfully saved seed from the seed grown varieties before.
