If you become part of the grapevine community, pretty much anything is available. Asking for seed, especially hard to get seed, with your first post is a bit of a no no and will result in the post being deleted.

Sending Private Messages to request seeds, without posting on the Grapevine at all, is an even bigger no-no, and may result in being banned from the forum altogether.

As a first time member from Denver, Colorado, I understand it's not good form to ask for seeds in a first post. If it's OK to give and take in the same post, I'm seeking Roncardo F1 Hybrid tomato seeds, as they have been discontinued commercially. I have Cherokee Purple to offer.

    Hi

I've moved your post to a new thread - we don't mind swapping, it is blatant seed begging or swamping members with requests before even any introduction or participation that people don't like.

I've not heard of the seeds in question, but here's hoping someone else has.

If it's an F1 variety that you are looking for and they've discontinued it, the chances of anyone being able to help are very slim (besides having a few left over in a packet somewhere. Without knowing the Parentage of the F1 mix, one cannot re-create the variety (other than by fluke ) If you have a plant still alive, take a small slipping and get it to root and overwinter indoors

Welcome to the vine and good luck on your search.

I've not come across this variety either I'm afraid

Never test the depth of the water with both feet

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory....

Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

          Welcome Fmirabel,
It appears that Roncardo F1 Hybrid tomato seeds are exclusive to Thomson & Morgan but appear to be out of stock.
