I would love to try them after reading a thread on here as my kids love small toms & i'm hoping it would encourage them to eat more.
Hi I'd like to add my name to the list of wanting them. I've searched high and low and can't find them anywhere. They sounded just the jos from the thread
I have about 10 self saved seeds from last years plants if anyone wants them. I just got my seeds last year from buying a punnet of tomberries from Sainsburys. I planted them in the garden and they were very prolific! Had some in pots too and they were nowhere near as good!
PM me if you're interested and I'll give you my address for SAE. Oh and let me know how many you want....
Hi there, I bought a packet of Tomberries from Sainsbury's last week and I am currently drying as many seeds as possible. My first attempt was on kitchen roll, which has been a nightmare as its extremely difficult to pick them off!! My second lot have been done on greaseproof paper and seem a bit more successful.
I have so many seeds now, I'm happy to send anyone some. Please let me know. If I plant all the seeds I have, I'll be eating Tomberries for christmas!! However, I'm very new to gardening so don't know if the seeds will take.
You don t actually have to pick them off.
Let them dry & then cut off a piece of the kitchen paper & plant it.
There s a demo on youtube (look up saving tomato seed) & it worked for me
