Scorzonera - flowerheads drying nicely

Dobbie's Purple Beetroot - should have ample amounts of this. They are over 6ft tall now.

Parsnip - Tender and True - flowered and again, lots of them

I did save some yesterday but got into the car with a tray of these, opened all the windows as it was so hot, and as I drove away - the whole lot went 'whoomp' and exploded around the car.
