If it's that Lemon Drop that is an Aji (Capsicum baccatum), it won't cross with "normal" peppers (Capsicum annuum), so if you kept only that one Aji and only one normal chilli in your greenhouse, you could save seeds from both

Me please - I'll be growing various Toms and Chillies, will update with a list once I have some established plants, although early chillies are growing well at the moment.

Gulp! Looking at the seeds now, they sort of resemble a smaller more delicate scorzonera type, bit feathery!

Season dependant.....at the moment I could save:
Champion of England peas - realseeds
Nova sweet pepper - real seeds
maybe another chilli.....I'm aware of the isolation requirements.
And perhaps a tomato.....one which was not in the tomato seed circle last year.

We're expecting a baby in april and I'm doing an RHS course this year, so could end up with nothing but at the moment that is the plan.
                      Where will it end?????

Looked at amishland again and placed another order......which means the good news is that potentially I hope to be able to offer amish mayberry, nyagous black, roughwood golden plum and hartmans yellow gooseberry toms.

New to the forum, but this sounds like a great idea.
Hopefully saving seed from Pumpkin, Ying Yang beans, Scotch bonnet chillies (hopefully, still waiting for them to come up), runner beans. Maybe more.
Not too sure on the variety but will update on that later.

I'd like to join up to. Hoping to save seed of "Kent Blue Pea" and "Scotland Yellow Tomato". Will try to save others, but not made mind up of which. Depends on weather!

Well somehow I've managed to lose the above mentioned tomato seeds, and now I've looked absolutely everywhere and still can't find them its unlikely I'll be saving these. However, still lots of exciting stuff going on.

Even after trying to reorder (for piece of mind), the company have now stopped shipping internationally. However I have sourced a couple of the varieties elsewhere which may not be delivered in time for this season!!!

I expect the originals will turn up once its too late to sow!!

I am in too! Hopefully, I will have different chillies seeds.

A tip for those saving chilli seeds: Get a bowl of water and pour all the seeds you are intending to plant, into the water. Give it a good swirl with your finger to break the surface tension of the water and ensure that it is not preventing any of the seeds sinking. Now, any seeds that are still floating are highly unlikely to germinate, due to a variety of factors including malformation and a lack of embryo or kernel. Discard the floaters and then pour the remainders into a sieve to get rid of the water. Now inspect the seeds, with a magnifying glass if you are really keen, and discard any that look undersized, deformed or damaged (by N. Laubsch).
