Seed saving resources

Having had a good look through the pages of the seed swapping area, have not found much information on where to obtain heritage seeds for newbies like myself, and to then learn how to save the seed. I understand this area is about seed swapping, but encouraging and helping others to save their seeds can only lead to more swapping in the future I would think.
Here is a list of what I am finding useful, happy to add any other links anyone posts, and what else I find over time to help others like myself get started.

Went to a local potato day today, and was surprised by the selection of potatoes and heritage seeds available there. It was run by Pennard plants, just looked at there web site and can see everything is available from there also so have added it to the list on the first post.
