2014 seed circle

Since zazen999 is not running the seed circle this year (at least, that's how I read chris's post), I will volunteer.
You can now sign up.
You can participate in the same way as last year, saving 2 kinds for everybody (or more kinds if you're really keen).
You can also send in seeds for fewer than everybody, so that everybody gets to choose what they'd like to receive. If you choose the latter option please offer roughly the same number of packets as people going for option 1 so that it's a fair deal. Any seeds that are not chosen will get distributed at random.
I would like to finish the circle this year, so please let me know what you're going to contribute by 10 November and send in your seeds by 10 December.

7 packs of thelma sanders & queensland blue squashes and padron pepper coming from me.

Might be a day or so late in sending, only took the seeds out of the peppers yesterday (forgot how hot they are when ripe and rubbed an itchy nose - yowzers!) and they are going into a jar of baked rice for 2 weeks tonight.

Sorry, another noddy question from me. I couldn't find the answer in the older threads - hope my eyes didn't miss it.

I am assuming we need to put in an SAE with the seeds we send you - any idea of what the postage on that should be?

I usually send a large letter stamp. Not sure how much it is.

A little tip from the VSP.
Send your seeds in a sturdy envelope that can be used to send your seeds back to you. Enclose a sticky label with your address on and send loose stamps. Two large letter stamps would be ample. One is probably enough but will only do for envelopes less than 2.5 cms thick (weight < 100 grms). Its the Thickness of the envelope that seems to matter more than the weight - and peas and beans can be quite "thick" if they're not spread out in the envelope.
If the stamps are already stuck to the return envelope, there's no leeway for returning any unused stamps.
